I wanted to take a quick moment to express my deepest appreciation I have for your assistance. Before I spoke with you I was approached by my family with the fact that I needed to either buy the house I was renting or start the process of looking for a new apartment. Needless to say, this devestated me because it meant moving from a place I have grown to love and had called "home" for so many years. I had contacted a local Bank earlier in the year and was told I was NOT eligible for a mortgage loan. In being told this, I began looking for apartments. It was a devastating time for me! Then I got your telephone number from a friend of mine that had used you in the past.
I was very hesitant to call thinking it was going to be yet another "dead end" and a "lost cause" and nothing more than a waste of my time. But then when I spoke to you and you told me I WAS qualified I felt "alive" again! Now today, I am purchasing my home and ALL my family members are very happy for me knowing the home will remain in the family!
